Every year, DSNA presents its strategic guidelines to its customers and partners and gathers their expectations. This is a key part of DSNA's customer feedback system, and airlines regularly highlight the quality of the discussions and the transparency of the information provided.
The 2025 edition, held on May 21 in Roissy, gave rise to fruitful discussions with some 40 representatives from 22 airlines.
Among the topics discussed were:
- preparations for the summer season to ensure optimal flight performance
- progress on the transformation plans resulting from the ‘DSNA 2030 strategy’ and the expected benefits, particularly in terms of territorial reorganization, environmental performance, human resources management, strategic roadmaps, and associated investments.
